I work beside you to empower, strengthen, and heal by emphasizing your unique strengths and encouraging the application of your own self-expertise. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help transform maladaptive or limiting patterns of thought, mood, and behavior into those that support your desired sense of wellbeing. You also will frequently find that I incorporate concepts found in Positive Psychology, Mindfulness, and Relational Neurobiology. Most importantly, I remain Solution Focused and Client-Centered in that I work to guide you to explore and choose the unique answers that best suit your own life in a timely manner.
